Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition as received. Original packaging is required. Non-Returnable Items

Customized and personalized products, including custom metal prints, are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, reach out within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll review your claim and may request images of the damage. Upon approval, we will offer a replacement or refund.
