Return Policy

At TurtleWings, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide products of exceptional quality. However, we understand that sometimes returns may be necessary. Here’s a comprehensive overview of our return policy.

Eligibility for Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • Original packaging is required.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@turtlewings.co.in or +91 8262074190.
  • Include order details and the reason for the return, as well as supporting images if applicable.  
  • For damaged or defective items, an unboxing video along with the original shipping label is mandatory.
  • We reserve the right to deny returns if items show signs of use or damage.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized and personalized products, including custom metal prints, are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your order arrives damaged, reach out within 48 hours of delivery to support@turtlewings.co.in or +91 8262074190.
  • Provide an unboxing video and the original shipping label as proof of damage.
  • We’ll review your claim and may request images of the damage.
  • Upon approval, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Custom Order Products

  • All our products are custom made and manufactured on order.
  • We do not offer any refunds or accept any returns for Custom Order Products.  

Damaged Goods

  • If the Goods arrive to the Buyer in a damaged state, the Buyer is required to notify the delivery agent and us within 24 hours in writing inclusive of photography or a video evidence of the damage to the Goods and associated packaging to verify.  
  • An unboxing video and the original shipping label are mandatory for processing any damage claims.
  • Failure to comply with this request and timeframe will void the Seller obligations.

Variations and Discolorations

  • Due to the hand-rendered nature of the Goods, they can be subject to variations and slight discolorations.
  • Some variations in color can also occur as a result of the computer screen and printer calibration.  
  • The Buyer acknowledges that these variations and discolorations are not a fault of the Products and accepts the potential of such occurrence.  

Inspection and Notification of Defects

  • The Buyer shall inspect the Goods on delivery and shall within 24 hours of delivery notify us in writing of any alleged defect, shortage in quantity, or damage.
  • The Buyer shall afford us an opportunity to inspect the Goods within a reasonable time following delivery.  
  • If the Buyer shall fail to comply with these provisions, the Goods shall be conclusively presumed to be in accordance with the terms and conditions and free from any defect or damage.  

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.  

Custom Order Cancellation

  • For custom orders, if the order is not dispatched but processed, the customer may be liable to pay a service charge as per terms with TurtleWings.
